The Time & Attendance client processes the events of the entry points, according to the pre-defined employer expectations.
Work orders and used day types can be specified in the software, furthermore the query of the work time lists is performed here as well. There is possibility to view and print the daily work time data in the program, moreover we can export them in different forms to external (e.g.: payroll) system.
Proximity cards provide the quick and convenient identification of the employees. Entrances can bear bigger load, therefore less entry gates have to be installed, thus the design cost of the Time & Attendance system can be reduced.
The system can manage up to 255 pretenses for entry and exit, which can be used to specify the absence by the employee, thus user requirements can be completely satisfied.
Employees who are working with flexible work time can follow their work time balance on the display of the work time terminal.
Information regarding to employees can be queried in optional time and direct managers can override the data (e.g.: absence, overtime, etc. ) concerning to work time of the employees.
There is possibility to connect to enterprise application software (SAP, Oracle), from which the basic data can be imported automatically to Time & Attendance system.
